Punctuality:

Please be sure to be at the station on time at the specified time. Especially in the summer, there can be severe traffic delays on the A7, for example. Please understand that we and the other participants cannot wait for you and we will start the tours on time. So it's better to get there earlier and enjoy the amenities of the canyoning station.

Security:

If, which rarely happens, your booked tour cannot be carried out due to weather conditions or the water level, we will offer you an alternative if possible. These cancellations can sometimes occur at very short notice. Your safety is top priority!

Weather report:

The tours take place in all weathers. We have super warm wetsuits. For those who are really cold, we recommend tight-fitting sports underwear to wear underneath (not cotton).

Bring your own:

Swimwear (tight-fitting), towel and sturdy shoes for the gorge (ideally a little larger so that the 3mm neoprene socks fit in). Contact lenses are recommended for those who wear glasses, as they do not fog up and do not slip off the nose so easily. If contact lenses are too uncomfortable for you, just bring older glasses that can withstand possible scratches.

Equipment:

We have super warm 6.5mm Sandiline® wetsuits and neoprene socks, as well as high-quality canyoning harnesses and helmets for your optimal experience. For those who are really cold, we recommend tight-fitting sports underwear to wear underneath (not cotton). Special canyoning shoes from Adidas can be rented for €5 if you book in advance!

for glasses wearers:

Contact lenses are the better choice. If you can no longer see without them, it makes sense to pack replacement lenses. If you can't tolerate contact lenses, you should pack older glasses in case they get scratched. The goggles can be removed for jumping and stored in the wetsuit

Minimum number of participants:

We carry out our tours with a minimum number of 4 people. (For exceptions, see tour description or arrangements) Individuals and smaller groups are of course very welcome!

Personal requirements:

For beginner tours, a healthy physical condition and swimming skills are sufficient. For advanced tours, you should have good endurance and good sure-footedness. Please understand that we only offer certain tours with previous knowledge!

Alcohol and drugs:

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from the tour.

Showers and changing rooms:

The canyoning station has showers, toilets and changing rooms.

Photos:

EXCELLENT! After the tour you will receive photos from the tour free of charge.
